Roles and Responsibilities:
Ability to recruit and select right candidates
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to human resource activities
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports
To track and organize performance reviews
Ability to create basic analytics on job related factors
Organize resumes and follow recruitment process until the interview set up
Create and utilize templates for all Human resource process
To issue appointment, appraisal, relieving and experience letters
Perform human resource audit by contacting Business Unit heads.
To effectively address employee grievances and complaints.
Education and Experience:
BBA/MBA - HR as specialization
PC Literacy (MS Office)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Communicate to address grievances and complaints from employees.
