Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to recruit and select right candidates
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to human resource activities
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports
  • To track and organize performance reviews
  • Ability to create basic analytics on job related factors
  • Organize resumes and follow recruitment process until the interview set up
  • Create and utilize templates for all Human resource process
  • To issue appointment, appraisal, relieving and experience letters
  • Perform human resource audit by contacting Business Unit heads.
  • To effectively address employee grievances and complaints.
  • Education and Experience:
  • BBA/MBA - HR as specialization
  • PC Literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Communicate to address grievances and complaints from employees.
