SMART STREET LIGHTING – RF ZIGBEE
Hynetic’s Smart Street Light Solution is designed to create an overarching digital control system that is based on the concept of IoT, and cloud computing to deliver efficiency to existing streetlight grids. Hynetic’s Smart Street Light System comprises a network of key infrastructure elements with a combination of sensors and peripheral devices that can be managed through the internet to monitor and control streetlights.
RF-ZigBee is wireless communication technology for communication among multiple devices in a WPAN (Wireless Personal space Network). Zigbee is used in devices where a low data rate and secure networking are needed. This network uses “multi-hop” routing to reach far distance and this Mesh topology ensures that it is perfectly suited for Smart Street Lighting applications.

SMART STREET LIGHTING – PLCC
Hynetic’s Smart Street Light Solution is designed to create an overarching digital control system that is based on the concept of IoT, and cloud computing to deliver efficiency to existing streetlight grids. Hynetic’s Smart Street Light System comprises a network of key infrastructure elements with a combination of sensors and peripheral devices that can be managed through the internet to monitor and control streetlights.
PLCC stands for Powerline Carrier Communication. Hynetic’s Smart Street Light offering uses Broadband PLCC technology that requires a gateway-based topology. Unlike narrowbank PLCC, broadband PLCC operates at high frequency to ensure low susceptibility to attenuation in applications where powerline infrastructure isn’t the best. As a result, this makes it ideal for Street lighting applications without any additional wiring for communication. The communication framework complies with IEEE1901 HPGP (HomePlug GreenPhy) standard.

Narrow-Band IoT (NB-IoT) is a narrowband RF communication technology specially designed for the Internet of Things (IoT). It connects devices more simply and effciently on already established mobile networks, and handles small amounts of infrequent 2-way data, securely and reliably. The special focus of this standard is on very low power consumption, excellent penetration coverage and lower component costs, deployed in GSM and LTE regulated frequencies.
